Technicians may be required by their employer to enable location tracking while clocked in or while performing service tasks.

We do not use Customer or Technician data for targeted advertising.

A. Service Providers (Pool Companies)

If you are a Technician or Customer, your information may be shared with the Service Provider managing your relationship, including:

  • Billing or payment information

Service Providers control how they use such information within their business.

We share data with trusted vendors who assist in operating the platform, such as:

Promotional Emails

You may opt out of marketing emails while still receiving transactional or operational messages.
